	<title>Home Equity</title>
	<description>
Punk! Sucka! Fool! Chump! Ain't no way every home owning foo' is gonna gain instant home equity from their hose, and there ain't know way you gonna succeed with a home equity loan if you don't mind what you momma told ya! Remember the golden rule, sucka chumps! The man with the gold - rules!

Home equity is better than gold
Next to home equity, gold ain't nothin but rocks in a bucket of broken teeth:

 can gold qualify you for second mortgages at low interest rates and gradual repayments?
 can gold protect you from financial downfalls while protecting your sorry head from the falling rain?
 can you be 100% guaranteed that no one is gonna steal your gold?

No! In this day and age gold isn't where its at, home equity is! The moment you buy a home in today's market of high home appreciation and low mortgage rates you instantly gain mountains of home equity - sometimes as much as 20% of yoru home's overall value! Thats crazy talk man! Thats jibba jabba that even the craziest fool ten years ago wouldn't be spoutin about! But thats the truth, today's homes are increasing in value so fast your eyes gonna spin in your head and home improvement loans will come pourin' out your mouf. Just dont let that cranium gyrate too fast, lest you become blind as a bat!

Don't be blinded by the home equity hype
You remember PITI, sucka? Principal, interest, taxes, insurance. Yeah, just because you got yourself some home equity and the opportunity to take out home equity loans doesn't mean your previous financial obligations are gonna go away - no sir! You have to know you can afford the additional weight of a second monthly mortgage payment, and you have to be doubly sure that home equity is gonna be there working hard for you! Let me lay it out for you real cold like mold - when I joined the Team that crazy fool Face tried to get me in his helicopter. I had access to it, I knew we could fly and get their faster than we ever could in the van! But there ain't no way I'm flyin, sucka! I know what I need and that be solid ground! A new tile laid out by a home improvement loan made possible by home equity financin', sucka!
