	<title>Home Loan</title>
	<description>
I ain't never taken out no home loan without looking it straight in the eye and sayin' now you listen good, little loan. I'm the president of this universe, the king! And there ain't no way no punk home loan gonna tell the T what to do! And it works, I take care of my new home loan obligations every time, because Im bad and you should be too!

Being bad with your home loan because it feels good
It feels good to save money on interest rates and it feels good to know that you are in control of your mortgages. And the only way to make these feel-good happy-bubble rise to the surface is to BRING THE PITI PAIN!

 Know what you are talking about, research your home loan and know what you can afford, how much you need to borrow, what rates to expect and the manner in which you want those rates.
 Push and shove your way to a better deal, kid! Tell everyone you be needin a home loan and show 'em all just how bad you are. It doesn't matter is you do have horrible credit or a low income - there will be lenders who want to give you a home loan and you need to make these suckas compete.
 Don't call no one a sucka, chump or fool, it aint right and it aint part of your mortgage etiquette.

Do like your momma tell ya, chump! Get wise, get tough, but be respectful to thee people you are dealing with, especially since they are lending you hundreds of thousands in home loans.

Ok, so I get a home loan - now what?
Dont you come jivin' with that sass mouth kid! Once you take out your first home loan you gotta start looking for another one!

 use your home equity to take out a home improvement loan or some other second mortgage that'll give you more GOLD!
 Be on the look out for refinancing options to lower your interest rates and make your home finances STRONG!

But be careful sucka, some loans - like a few Countrywide home loan options - come fully equipped with prepayment penalties and the like, so read up, get mean, and grooooowwwwwwlllll like a dawg at your home loan!
