You missin a big part of your brain when a home loan means nothing more than an open door, and we're here to tell the world that we can do jusst abouut anything with the right home loans, anythng except become as bad as the T!

Take out a mortgage and purchase that home - I don't care if you have a down payment or not. PITI sucka! I PITI the Fool!
Once you have that loan, start looking for a new,m beetter one right away through a refinance. Its neever too early - or too late - to refinance your home loans. I was 59 when I won the crown as Clubber Lang, and I don't care if I live to be 159, I'll still be the champ, chump!
You might notice that as you pay off your loan Principal - the P in PITI, sucka - you start to amass something called home equity. Respect your equity like you respect your momma! You can do all kinds of crazy stuff with equity - take out home improvement loans, consolidate debts, buy a car, buy a tank, send yourself into outer-space. I don't care what you decide to do with it, just be sure you have enough cash t cover the monthly payments.

Home loans ain't mythical man, they ain't gonna disappear and they certainly ain't gonna fly. I hate flying, I fly before I die and nothing about me ever leaves the ground, not spit, spat, this or that. No flying, your loan is gonna stay right on the earth. Anyone can grab 'em, but mortgages are a bit heavy and clumsy to lug around with ya everywhere you go. Thats why I like to take a look at national mortgage companies with every single loan I take out, just in case these big boys have somethin' swell to offer. Take Countrywide. Countrywide home loans are the national champs at low rates for the little man, but their inflexibility and prefab loans aren't gonna fit every single applicant. Just give 'em a look, then a shot to thee chops if you can't find thee loan you're looking for.
