New Construction Home Loans

THats right sucka chump - I PITI The Fool who don't be building a shrine to the divine mind that be the T! I'm talkin' to you, America! Start taking out those new construction home loans and build a house surrounding the special somethings you have commemorating me - refrigerator magnets, lunch boxes, gold chains, Clubber Lang club memberships. Any house on teh market can't provide for all the needs of the T, so build the right home - new construction home loans! Get yours sucka foo! Get yours and get mean.

Building your own home with new construction home loans
Ok, ok, I got a little carried away there. Not everyone should take out new construction home loans and build a home dedicated to PITI the fool - ain't no way everyone bad enough to run with this gang, and thats the word daddy bird! But that doesn't mean anew construction home loan can't still work for your geeky chump home owners out there, and in fact building your own home might be the only way to actually get a home in the first place.

The average home price in the country right now is about $200,000. There is no way everyone can afford new home loans for $200,000.
So, look to more affordable options. Land without a home is more affordable than land with a home on it - sop buy a chunk a land and start swinging away at building a home of your own with new construction home loans.
Don't know how much you be needin? Nah, you ain't no sucka for that - you just need to have a continuous line of credit, some more flexible form of new construction home loans that will get you the money you need, when you need it.

Man, I'm tired of these baby home buyers too scared to pick up a piece of dirt and put their home on it, build a home of their own. The T says it works, and what the T says goes!

Taking the leap
Life is hard - ain't no doubt about that - but you can't let the cost of home loans keep you from livin that life! So while we're all running out of options and opportunities to find an affordable home, its time to get back to basics and build a home we can afford and we can call our own. Take the leap, get back to the earth and start accessing those natural abilities to plumb and wire and construct and build - its in our nature to be able to build our own structures, and with new construction home loans its all possible!
